A registration fee is payable for profile registration and/or activation. The applicable fee may be changed by Christomatch from time to time.
Once a profile has been published, the registration fee is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Christomatch does not charge commission, matchmaking commission, success fees, or other matrimonial service charges beyond the applicable registration fee unless clearly communicated separately.
Christomatch provides a platform for introducing and connecting people. Christomatch does not guarantee marriage, engagement, compatibility, the accuracy of any profile, or the conduct, identity, background, financial status, character, or intentions of any candidate.
Use of the platform and communication with other members is at the user's own discretion and risk.
The candidate, parent/guardian, or pastor providing or approving the information is responsible for ensuring that the information submitted is truthful, accurate, current, and not misleading.
Christomatch is not responsible for false, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information supplied by users.
Users should independently verify the identity, family background, education, employment, marital status, character, and other relevant information of any person before proceeding with a relationship or marriage.
Any verification or approval process offered by Christomatch should not be treated as a guarantee of a person's suitability or authenticity.
Users must exercise caution when communicating with other members.
Secret meetings, suspicious activities, requests for money, loans, financial assistance, investment proposals, or money transfers between members are strictly prohibited through the platform.
Users should never send money or financial information to another member merely because of a matrimonial relationship.
Any personal meeting between candidates or families should be conducted with appropriate knowledge and involvement of parents, guardians, family members, or trusted persons.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Christomatch is not responsible for disputes, losses, damages, fraud, misrepresentation, relationship issues, failed marriage proposals, or conduct arising from interactions between users.
Christomatch reserves the right to modify its registration fee, features, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, or other platform rules from time to time. Updated terms will apply from the date they are published, subject to applicable law.

Christomatch charges a registration fee for creating and/or activating a matrimonial profile.
Once a profile has been published, the registration fee is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
A change of mind, withdrawal from the matrimonial platform, failure to receive a response from another candidate, rejection by another candidate, or failure to find a suitable match does not create an entitlement to a refund.
Payment of the registration fee does not guarantee:
Christomatch may change its registration fee from time to time. The applicable fee will be displayed before payment.
Where a user makes a duplicate registration or enters incorrect information, the user should contact Christomatch promptly. Any refund or adjustment will be considered according to the circumstances and applicable law.
Christomatch may suspend or remove profiles that violate the Terms & Conditions. Removal of a profile because of a user's violation does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer or refund rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Never send money to another candidate because of a matrimonial relationship. Do not provide bank details, OTPs, passwords, card information, or other financial credentials.
Secret meetings are strictly prohibited. Any meeting should be planned openly and, where appropriate, with the knowledge and involvement of family members, guardians, or trusted persons.
Be cautious of requests involving urgent financial needs, medical emergencies, travel expenses, business opportunities, investments, loans, gifts, or other requests for money.
If you believe that a profile contains false information or involves fraud, harassment, inappropriate behaviour, or financial requests, report it to Christomatch immediately.
Christomatch does not guarantee the identity, character, background, intentions, compatibility, or conduct of any candidate. Verify independently before making important personal or financial decisions.
